Hot Gas Filtration

UltraTemp Filtration for hot gases, PM, SOx and NOx , is an excellent way to achieve ICI boiler MACT compliance. It provides optimal filtration for gases 400°F to 1000°F, and can often be applied to gas streams up to an operating temperature of 1650°F.

The Tri-Mer UltraTemp Filtration system has a module for dry injection of calcium or sodium-based sorbents for the capture of acid gases. Injected in the duct upstream of the filter modules, the additional sorbent particulate is easily captured along with its pollutant gas. For these applications, SO2 removal is typically 80% or better, with removal efficiencies as high as 97%. HCL removal is typically 95%, and often as high as 99%.

If the need is NOx , VOC, or dioxin removal, UltraTemp filters elements are available with embedded nanocatalysts. NOx removal in these systems is typically above 90%. VOC oxidation and dioxin removal are also both exceptionally high.

Cloud Chamber

Cloud Chamber Scrubber System for fine, submicron, condensable particulate simultaneously scrubs SO2 , HCl, H2S, and other soluble gases. Highly effective for diesel emissions, glass furnace emissions, silicon dioxide and other pollutants from solar panel manufacturing, multi-pollutants from syngas cleaning, solid fuels combustion and Boiler MACT compliance. VOC Control

MultiPhase Biofilter for VOC control treats broad spectrum of VOC compounds, including formaldehyde, methanol, styrene, xylenes, PAH, sulfurs, glycols, ethanol, solvents, and more. Systems can handle higher inlet temperatures, and particulate in the flow stream. Zero NO2 production or CO2 from combustion of natural gas. Much more cost effective than a regenerative thermal oxidizer. Incorporates the latest advances in biotreatment.

Tri-NOx MultiChem Scrubbers

Tri-NOx MultiChem Scrubbers provide NO2 control for solar cell manufacturing, catalyst applications, metal refining and finishing, pharmaceutical and semiconductor manufacturing. Versatile wet technology treats any combination of NO and NO2, including chemical nitration-related NO2 with high concentrations of NO2, and combustion NOx that is high in NO. Tri-NOx will eliminate visible plumes and reduce NO2 to less than 5 ppm.

VF Scrubber
